REVIEWER GUIDELINES

BEFORE REVIEWING, PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

The article you are reviewing must be in accordance with the area of expertise

Convey the due date of the review process

There is no conflict of interest

 

REVIEW PROCESS

When reviewing articles, please consider the following:

  1. Has the title clearly described the contents of the article?
  2. Does the abstract reflect the contents of the article?
  3. Has the Introduction described the importance and uniqueness of the topic?

 

CONTENT OF THE ARTICLE

  1. Is there an element of plagiarism?
  2. Are the previous articles that have been done by other authors still worthy of publication?
  3. Is this article new and interesting to publish?
  4. Do articles contribute to knowledge?
  5. Do articles comply with journal standards?
  6. Is the article in accordance with the objectives and scope of the journal?

 

METHOD

Comprehensive and Perfect:

  1. Does the author accurately describe the implementation of service?
  2. Is the theoretical or reference foundation used appropriate?
  3. Is there a new method? If there is a new method, does the author explain it in detail?
  4. Is there proper sampling?
  5. Are the activities carried out sufficiently explained? And
  6. Does exposure to articles describe recorded activities; right in describing measurements?

 

RESULTS AND DISCUSSION

  • Is the presentation of results and sharpness of analysis (can be accompanied by tables and figures to facilitate understanding)
  • Is there a connection between the results obtained and the basic concepts?
  • Does this study describe the implementation of the results, both theoretical and its applied?
 

CONCLUSION

  • Does it answer/ explain the problems?
  • Does it explain the achievements of the activity?
  • Does it explain how activities are better to be followed up / follow-up plans?
 

REFERENCES

  • What are the procedures for writing and referencing/quoting on the manuscript (all references must be referred)?
  • References consistency and completeness?
  • Does it meet the quality and reliability of literature?


SUBMISSION OF REVIEW RESULTS
Once you are willing to do a review, you can download article files and additional information. You can fill out a review form or comment or upload a file for editors and / or authors about the results of your review. You are expected to provide recommendations regarding the quality of articles with the following options:

  • The manuscripts can be accepted without revision
  • The manuscripts can be accepted with minor revisions (checked by editors)
  • The manuscripts can be accepted with major revisions and require modification as suggested
  • The manuscript cannot be accepted (rejected)

Approximately, the review must be completed in 2 weeks. Please be informed to the Editor (elementeris@unisma.ac.id) for additional time of review.
