About the Journal
Jurnal Inovasi Hasil Pengabdian Masyarakat (JIPEMAS) with the registration number ISSN 2654-282X (printed) 2621-783X (online) is a multidisciplinary journal published by the Institute for Research and Community Service, University of Islamic Malang. This journal covers many problems in general from the results of research implemented to the public. The purpose of this journal publication is to disseminate conceptual thoughts or ideas and research results that have been achieved in the field of service to the community.
Jurnal Inovasi Hasil Pengabdian Masyarakat (JIPEMAS) published since March 2018 to be precise since the release of Volume 1, Number 1, 2018. On December 31, 2019 JIPEMAS was designated as a Rank 4 Accredited National Journal according to a circular letter from the Directorate General of Research and Development Strengthening, Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education of the Republic Indonesia Number: 204/E/KPT/2022. In addition, JIPEMAS has also been indexed in the Google Scholar, Science and Technology Index (Sinta), Indonesia One Search, Garba Rujukan Digital (Garuda), Indonesian Scientific Journal Database (ISJD), Ministry of Religious Affairs Reference (Moraref), Crossref, Dimensions, Bielefeld Academic Search Engine (BASE), Public Knowledge Project (PKP|Index), Scilit, Harvard Library, WorldCat, ResearchBib and listed on the ICI (Index Copernicus International).
Every submitted manuscript will be read by the editorial team. Manuscripts that are evaluated by the editor and deemed not in accordance with the journal's criteria will be rejected without external review. Manuscripts that we consider potentially interesting to readers are sent to peer reviewers. After reviewing the manuscript by a reviewer, the manuscript will be returned to the author for revision. The editor team makes decisions based on the reviewer’s recommendations.
Jurnal Inovasi Hasil Pengabdian Masyarakat (JIPEMAS) published three in a year. If the manuscript decided "ACCEPTED" has reached the minimum quota of publication, the Editor will issue one number before the publication month with the status "in press".
In order to improve publication quality and transparency in handling manuscripts. The Chairperson of the Institute for Research and Community Service of the University of Islam Malang as the Chairperson of the Institute for Jurnal Inovasi Hasil Pengabdian Masyarakat (JIPEMAS) determined that the publication of Vol. 3 No. 2 (2020) the manuscript review process applies a double blind review system. As an appreciation to all parties involved (both editors and reviewers) in a single issuance, a certificate will be given and stipulated by a Decree of the Issuing Agency.
Starting from the publication of Vol. 4 (2021) Jurnal Inovasi Hasil Pengabdian Masyarakat (JIPEMAS) decides a new writing style (template) and increases the frequency of publication to 4 months to be precise in March (No.1), July (No. 2) and November (No. 3).
