The concept was taken from the Q.S. An-Nisa': 34 and 128. From this verse, when a comparison is made between the wife's nusyuz settlement and the husband, there is a difference in settlement pattern, both of which indicate discrimination against the wife. Therefore, it is necessary to examine the meaning of the sulhu in depth by interpreting the meaning of the sulhu in the settlement of the case from the nusyuz husband's interpretation perspective. This study used the content analysis method, a research technique to draw conclusions from legitimate data by considering the context. As for the results of this study, the reason for using the word "sulhu" in the settlement of the nusyuz husband is because it gives the parties freedom and opportunity to think about the best way to resolve their disputes even to cancel each other's rights from the latter, so that they can be able to do so. satisfying the parties to the dispute, bringing peace of mind and strengthening the bonds of friendship. In the settlement of the nusyuz wife according to the duties of a man in the family is as a leader who aims to protect and protect his family by educating and teaching it. As for the nusyuz husband, by way of sulhu (peace). Even when viewed from the asbabun-nuzul verse it is only one example of completion of the sulhu. Furthermore, the wife can also choose another way in order to benefit both. Which is essentially that sulhu is a very wise way for women to solve the nusyuz husband problem in the various ways they agree. It means that it is not true that sulhu makes women's position weak or there is discrimination against women, but sulhu is actually glorifying women themselves.
2023-12-31T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2023 An-natiq Jurnal Kajian Islam Interdisiplinerhttps://riset.unisma.ac.id/index.php/natiq/article/view/21149ANALISIS HUKUM PENGGUNAAN PEWARNA KARMIN (TELAAH ATAS FATWA MUI DAN LAJNAH BAHTSUL MASA’IL NU)2023-12-11T09:18:27+07:00Lintang Ramadhanilintangramadhani79@gmail.comRofianti AnggrainiRofianti.Anggraini@gmail.comRahmad Agus HartantoRahmadAgus@gmail.comRiavita MaghfirohRiavitaMaghfiroh@gmail.comMuhammad AsroriMuhammadAsrori@gmail.com
Carmine coloring is a type of food coloring that is used to increase the attractiveness of food. However, in the reality of life, there are heirs whose whereabouts and communication with their families are unknown for a very long period of time (mafqud), and in this case the scholars of the madhhab also provide a relatively very long waiting period, so that it becomes a problem in the future when there is a heir who dies and there are heirs who want the inheritance to be distributed immediately without waiting for clarity on the status of one or several other missing heirs (mafqud). This research aims to provide the best solution to the distribution of inheritance that has mafqud heirs in it by using the mauquf method, so as not to cause conflict in the midst of the family. This research uses descriptive analytical method with qualitative approach. Describing the concept of mafqud inheritance, the opinions of the mazhab scholars and the method of calculating the share comprehensively. The results of this study using the mauquf method, all heirs can know their respective shares and the property can be distributed in the time they want, by means of if the missing heir (mafqud) is one person estimated with two conditions, namely still alive and dead. If there are two or more missing heirs, then the problem increases according to the number of missing persons and their circumstances, so that in the case of two missing persons, there are four circumstances. Other heirs can only take the smallest share first if in these circumstances they get a share, otherwise the share is mauqufkan (suspended) until the clarity of the mafqud is known either in reality or hukmi (decided in the religious court by the judge).
2024-02-05T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2023 An-natiq Jurnal Kajian Islam Interdisiplinerhttps://riset.unisma.ac.id/index.php/natiq/article/view/21398BAHASA SEBAGAI ALAT PEMBERDAYAAN SISWA AGAR MANDIRI DALAM LINGKUNGAN PESANTREN2024-01-15T19:08:29+07:00Eka Putri Vaniaekaputrivania20@alqolam.ac.idMoh.
