Article Withdrawal
Article Withdrawal
Authors are not allowed to withdraw submitted manuscripts that are currently in the review process until a decision is made by the Editor. Withdrawals during this stage waste valuable resources, as editors and reviewers invest significant time, effort, and funds in processing the submitted manuscripts.
If the author requests to withdraw the manuscript while it is still under peer review, a withdrawal penalty of IDR 500,000 per manuscript will be imposed as compensation for the publisher's investment in the review process. Additionally, it is considered unethical to withdraw a manuscript that has been accepted by one journal and submit it to another.
If a manuscript is withdrawn after it has been accepted for publication, the author will be subject to a penalty of IDR 1,000,000 per manuscript. Manuscript withdrawal is only allowed once the penalty has been paid to the publisher.
If the author refuses to pay the fine, the author and their affiliates will be blacklisted from future publication in this journal.
