Pemberdayaan remaja melalui pendidikan kesehatan, deteksi dini dan posyandu kesehatan jiwa dalam upaya meningkatkan kesehatan jiwa masyarakat

Masalah kesehatan mental menjadi masalah kesehatan yang menjadi perhatian serius. Data menunjukan bahwa prevalensi masalah kesehatan jiwa meningkat dan diperkirakan menjadi masalah kesehatan kedua di dunia. Perlu keterlibatan masyarakat, ataupun pemerintah desa dalam upaya pencegahan dan penanganan. Sasaran utama program ini adalah remaja. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah pembentukan kader (Remaja) kesehatan jiwa, peningkatan pengetahuan kesehatan jiwa, keterampilan deteksi dini, pelaksanaan Posyandu kesehatan jiwa dan peningkatan partisipasi masyarakat. Metode pelaksanaannya adalah Pendidikan kesehatan melalui sosialisasi, Deteksi dini dan Posyandu kesehatan jiwa melalui pelatihan dan simulasi. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan partisipatif yang melibatkan remaja dan masyarakat. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan remaja tentang kesehatan jiwa yaitu terdapat 90% pengetahuan kategori baik. Hasil deteksi dini, ada 4 orang dengan gangguan jiwa. Selain itu, ada peningkatan pengetahuan remaja tentang posyanndu kesehatan jiwa yaitu 75% pengetahuan baik. Kesimpulannya, pendidikan kesehatan berpengaruh terhadap pengetahuan tentang kesehatan jiwa, terdeteksi masalah kesehatan jiwa masyarakat dan terlakasanya posyandu kesehatan jiwa.
