Peer Review Process
In the manuscript review process, each relevant manuscript will be reviewed by a minimum of two expert reviewers. However, in certain situations, such as a mismatch between reviewers or other considerations, the editor of the editorial board may provide additional review. If there are three reviewers involved, the final decision will be made based on the judgment of at least two reviewers. This review process usually takes about three weeks for each reviewer to complete one round. In general, potential reviewers are selected based on their reputation related to the number of publications and the quality of their works. After that, the editor will send an invitation letter to each potential reviewer. The entire review process is conducted using the double-blind peer review method and managed through the OJS system by the editor.
