Red chili (Capsicum annum L) is a shrub from the eggplant family which is now a promising export commodity. To increase the production of red chili plants, it is necessary to improve the evaluation of land suitability for red chili plants. The purpose of the research is to determine the level of land suitability for red chili plants (Capsicum annum L) in Lestari Dadi Village, Pegajahan District. This research was conducted in Lestari Dadi Village, Pegajahan District. The research will be conducted in April 2025 until it is completed. This study uses Survey Method, Quantitative Descriptive Analysis and Spatial Analysis using Land Map Units (SPL), namely Soil pH Status Map included in the Slightly Acidic/Low (R) category, Organic Nutrient Status Map and Nitrogen Nutrient Status Map included in the Medium (S) category, as well as Phosphorus Nutrient Map and Potassium Nutrient Status Map in the Very Low (SR) category. The results of the study show that the Actual Land Suitability is found in Drainage, Effective Depth and Topography at the Very Suitable level (S1). With Potential Land Suitability, there are soil pH, Temperature, C-organic, N-total, P₂O₅, K₂O, Soil texture and salinity at the level of Sufficiently Appropriate (S2), Marginal (S3) and even Not Suitable (N).
