Authors who publish in Jurnal Kesehatan Islam agree to the following terms:
Copyright and License: Authors retain the copyright to their work and grant the journal the right of first publication. The work is also licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike (CC-BY-SA) License, which allows others to share and adapt the work, provided they give appropriate credit to the author(s) and share any adaptations under the same or a compatible license.
Non-Exclusive Distribution: Authors may enter into separate, additional agreements for the non-exclusive distribution of the published version of the work (e.g., posting it in institutional repositories or including it in a book), as long as they acknowledge the work's original publication in this journal.
Pre- and Post-Publication Sharing: Authors are encouraged to share their work online (e.g., in institutional repositories or on personal websites) both before and during the submission process, as this can foster greater visibility and lead to earlier and higher citations of the published work.

The Jurnal Kesehatan Islam: Islamic Health Journal is an open-access journal licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike ( CC BY-SA 4.0) license, which allows users to freely use the articles under these conditions:
Commercial Use: The CC BY-SA 4.0 license permits both commercial and non-commercial use, meaning that the content can be freely shared and reused, helping to promote wider distribution and application.
Same License for New Works: If someone modifies, adapts, or builds upon the original work, they must share their new creation under the same CC BY-SA 4.0 license. This ensures that any new works remain open and accessible under the same terms.
Attribution and Citation: Users are allowed to share, distribute, adapt, and build on articles in any way they like, but they must give proper credit to the original author and journal. Whenever journal content is used, it must be cited properly, acknowledging both the author and the journal.
