PENGARUH SOSIOLOGI HUKUM TERHADAP PEMBENTUKAN ETNIS DAN BUDAYA

How society and law interact in shaping diverse ethnic and cultural identities, and the difficulties faced in preserving this diversity in the face of constantly changing social dynamics. Through qualitative methods, this research examines how legal regulations, human rights protection, and government policies influence the recognition and preservation of cultural identity. The methods used include case studies, surveys, in-depth interviews, document analysis, and participant observation. The research findings demonstrate that laws not only reflect societal values, but can also strengthen or weaken ethnic identity. These findings highlight the importance of having a thorough understanding of the interactions between law and culture, as well as the challenges faced in maintaining diversity in society. Its goal is to analyze the influence of legal sociology on the formation of ethnicity and culture in diverse societies.

Abstrak
Cara masyarakat dan hukum berinteraksi dalam membentuk identitas beragam etnis dan budaya, serta kesulitan yang dihadapi dalam melestarikan keberagaman tersebut dalam menghadapi dinamika sosial yang terus berubah. Melalui metode kualitatif dan, penelitian ini mengkaji bagaimana peraturan hukum, perlindungan hak asasi manusia, dan kebijakan pemerintah mempengaruhi pengakuan dan pelestarian identitas budaya. Metode yang digunakan meliputi studi kasus, survei, wawancara mendalam, analisis dokumen, dan observasi partisipan. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa undang-undang tidak hanya mencerminkan nilai-nilai kemasyarakatan, namun juga dapat memperkuat atau melemahkan identitas etnis. Temuan-temuan ini menyoroti pentingnya memiliki pemahaman menyeluruh tentang interaksi antara hukum dan budaya, serta tantangan yang dihadapi dalam menjaga keberagaman dalam masyarakat. Tujuannya adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh sosiologi hukum terhadap pembentukan etnis dan budaya dalam masyarakat yang beragam.
