FLUKTUASI HARGA DAGING SAPI SEBELUM DAN SELAMA PANDEMI COVID-19 DI KOTA KUPANG

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kota Kupang pada bulan April sampai Mei 2023. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui laju perkembangan beserta tingkat fluktuasi harga daging sapi pada periode sebelum dan selama pandemi Covid-19 di Kota Kupang. Jenis data yang dikumpulkan merupakan data sekunder dari beberapa lembaga dan  instansi . Data yang dikumpulkan kemudian dianalisis secara kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode analisis Coefficient of Variations (CV). Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa laju perkembangan harga daging sapi sebelum pandemi mengalami penurunan dengan rata-rata sebesar 0,03% setiap minggunya, sedangkan pada periode selama pandemi terjadi peningkatan laju pertumbuhan harga dengan rata-rata sebesar 0,07% setiap minggunya. Sementara itu tingkat fluktuasi harga daging sapi pada periode sebelum pandemi tergolong rendah dengan rata-rata nilai CV sebesar 2,50 sama halnya dengan tingkat fluktuasi harga selama pandemi yang masih relatif rendah dimana rata-rata nilai CV sebesar 1,39%. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa perkembangan harga daging sapi pada periode sebelum dan selama pandemi cenderung homogen. Hasil penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa pandemic Covid 19 mengakibatkan bahwa fluktuasi harga daging sapi cukup homogen
