Jurnal Inovasi Hasil Pengabdian Masyarakat (JIPEMAS) terbit 3 kali dalam setahun, tepatnya pada bulan Maret (No. 1), Juli (No. 2) dan November (No. 3).
Jurnal Inovasi Hasil Pengabdian Masyarakat (JIPEMAS) is published 3 times a year, precisely in March (No. 1), July (No. 2) and November (No. 3).

Apakah masih memiliki 1 slot untuk artikel yang akan saya submit?

Jurnal Inovasi Hasil Pengabdian Masyarakat (JIPEMAS) tidak memberlakukan sistem slot. Semua berdasarkan Manuskrip yang masuk. Manuskrip yang sudah selesai review dan memenuhi kriteria tim editor dan reviewer akan lebih dulu dipublikasikan. Kami menerima submisi sepanjang tahun, sehari 24 jam.
Jurnal Inovasi Hasil Pengabdian Masyarakat (JIPEMAS) does not apply a slot system. All based on incoming Manuscripts. Manuscripts that have been reviewed and meet the criteria of the editor and reviewer team will be published first. We accept submissions all year round, 24 hours a day.

Kenapa manuskrip yang saya ajukan statusnya masih SUBMISSION?
Why is the status of the manuscript that I submitted is still an SUBMISSION?
Manuskrip akan melalui tahap Desk Review (minimal) setelah 20 (dua puluh) sampai 25 (dua puluh lima) minggu setelah pengajuan.
Manuscripts will go through the Desk Review stage (minimum) after 20 (twenty) to 25 (twenty five) weeks after submission.

Apakah diperbolehkan penarikan manuskrip?
Is it permissible to withdraw manuscripts?
Diperbolehkan apabila:

Setelah 20 (dua puluh) atau maksimal 25 (dua puluh lima) minggu manuskrip statusnya masih "Submission".
After 20 (twenty) or a maximum of 25 (twenty five) weeks the status of the manuscript is still an "Submission".
Sebelum 20 (dua puluh) minggu dan belum melalui tahap "Review" dengan mengonfirmasi terlebih dahulu kepada Editor.
Before 20 (twenty) weeks and have not gone through the "in Review" stage by prior confirmation to the Editor.
Tidak diperbolehkan apabila:

Sebelum 20 (dua puluh) minggu manuskrip dalam tahap Desk Review dengan status in review pada sistem OJS.

Manuskrip dalam proses peer review.
The manuscript is in the process of peer review.
Manuskrip telah dinyatakan ACCEPTED
The manuscript has been declared ACCEPTED
Apabila penulis masih meminta penarikan, maka diberlakukan penalty Article Withdrawal
If the author still requests a withdrawal, a penalty will be applied Article Withdrawal
Penarikan manuskrip harus disertai surat resmi yang ditujukan kepada editor in chief Jurnal Inovasi Hasil Pengabdian Masyarakat (JIPEMAS) dan kirim melalui email jipemas@unisma.ac.id dengan subject "PENARIKAN MANUSKRIP".
Manuscript withdrawals must be accompanied by an official letter addressed to the editor in chief of the Jurnal Inovasi Hasil Pengabdian Masyarakat (JIPEMAS) and sent via email jipemas@unisma.ac.id with the subject "MANUSKRIP WITHDRAWAL".

Kapan bisa terbit?
When can it be published?
Setelah melalui peer review dan artikel sudah dinyatakan lolos kualifikasi. Artikel yang terbit terlebih dahulu adalah artikel yang sudah selesai revisi, lolos cek plagiasi, dan melengkapi administrasi.
After going through peer review and the article has been declared qualified. Articles that are published first are articles that have been revised, passed the plagiarism check, and completed administration.

FAQ 7
Berapa lama waktu yang diberikan untuk merevisi Manuskrip?
How long will it take to revise the Manuscript?
1 (satu) minggu. Jika setelah 1 (satu) minggu keterangan revision required tidak dipenuhi, kami akan memberikan kesempatan waktu 1 (satu) minggu berikutnya. Apabila dalam waktu 2 (dua) minggu tidak menyerahkan manuskrip revisi maka manuskrip akan di-reject, dan penulis serta afiliasinya akan masuk daftar hitam untuk publikasi di Jurnal Inovasi Hasil Pengabdian Masyarakat (JIPEMAS).
1 (one) week. If after 1 (one) week the revision required information is not fulfilled, we will provide another 1 (one) week opportunity. If within 2 (two) weeks the revised manuscript is not submitted, the manuscript will be rejected, and the author and its affiliates will be blacklisted for publication in the Jurnal Inovasi Hasil Pengabdian Masyarakat (JIPEMAS).

Isi Manuskrip terdiri dari:
The contents of the Manuscript consist of:
Pendahuluan (15-20%) atau 1,5 s.d. 2 halaman dari total Manuskrip;
Introduction (15-20%) or 1.5 to.d. 2 pages of total Manuscripts;
Metode (5-10%) atau 0,5 s.d. 1 halaman dari total Manuskrip;
Method (5-10%) or 0.5 s.d. 1 page of total Manuscripts;
Hasil dan Pembahasan (60-70%) atau 6 s.d. 7 halaman dari total Manuskrip;
Results and Discussion (60-70%) or 6 s.d. 7 pages of total Manuscripts;
Kesimpulan (5-10%) atau 0,5 s.d. 1 halaman dari total Manuskrip.
Conclusion (5-10%) or 0.5 to.d. 1 page of total Manuscripts.
