Jurnal Inovasi Hasil Pengabdian Masyarakat (JIPEMAS) focuses on publishing innovative, applicable, participatory, and sustainable community service outcomes. JIPEMAS promotes the dissemination of community engagement practices that integrate scientific knowledge, technology, and professional expertise to address real-world problems, strengthen capacities, and empower communities.

The journal emphasizes community service activities grounded in the identification of partner needs, implemented through systematic methods, and evaluated based on identifiable outcomes and benefits. Published articles are expected to do more than describe activity implementation; they should also demonstrate innovative contributions, measurable changes, and the potential sustainability of the program for the community.

Scope

JIPEMAS welcomes articles reporting community service activities in, but not limited to, the following areas:

  1. Community Empowerment and Capacity Building
    Initiatives to improve community knowledge, skills, self-reliance, participation, and institutional capacity.

  2. Application of Science, Technology, and Innovation
    The application of research findings, appropriate technology, product innovation, and practical solutions to address community needs.

  3. Education, Training, and Community Literacy
    Initiatives to improve educational quality, digital literacy, financial literacy, non-formal education, and community competencies.

  4. Local Economic Development and Entrepreneurship
    The development of micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs), social entrepreneurship, local flagship products, digital marketing, productivity, and competitiveness.

  5. Institutional Strengthening and Community Governance
    Support for community organizations, institutional governance, the capacity of public officials and community groups, and community-oriented public services.

  6. Public Health and Quality of Life
    Health education, healthy lifestyle promotion, health problem prevention, community awareness, and quality-of-life initiatives tailored to partner needs.

  7. Environment, Resilience, and Sustainable Development
    Environmental management, waste reduction and utilization, resource conservation, food security, climate change adaptation, and sustainable practices.

  8. Social Affairs, Culture, and Local Potential Development
    Empowerment of vulnerable groups, social cohesion, cultural preservation, village potential development, and the application of local wisdom in community service.

  9. Community Service Models, Methods, and Program Evaluation
    Innovative community service models and methods, program evaluation, outcome and impact assessment, and the sustainability and replication of good practices.

  10. Collaboration and Community Service Partnerships
    Collaborative initiatives involving higher education institutions, government agencies, businesses, community organizations, schools, and other partners to develop relevant and impactful solutions.

Article Suitability Criteria

Manuscripts submitted to JIPEMAS must demonstrate a clear connection to community service activities, the needs or problems of community partners, systematic implementation methods, and outcomes or benefits supported by adequate evidence. Authors are also expected to explain the innovative contribution, active involvement of partners, and potential sustainability of the activities.

JIPEMAS does not prioritize manuscripts that present only conceptual ideas or theoretical reviews without a clear connection to the implementation of community service. Manuscripts that merely report activities without explaining the methods, evaluating the outcomes, or demonstrating benefits to community partners may also be considered insufficiently aligned with the journal's focus and scope.
