Trauma healing integratif berbasis art, play, dan cinema therapy dalam penguatan kompetensi relawan

Keterbatasan kompetensi relawan dalam memberikan pendampingan psikososial kepada anak korban bencana menjadi salah satu kendala dalam pelaksanaan trauma healing di lapangan. Padahal, anak merupakan kelompok rentan yang membutuhkan penanganan psikologis secara tepat pascabencana. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan relawan melalui pelatihan trauma healing berbasis art therapy, play therapy, dan cinema therapy. Kegiatan dilaksanakan menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif melalui pelatihan dan praktik pendampingan psikososial kepada 15 relawan. Evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan pretest dan posttest untuk mengukur perubahan pemahaman relawan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman relawan setelah mengikuti pelatihan, yang ditunjukkan oleh kenaikan skor rata-rata dari kategori kurang menjadi kategori baik. Hasil uji menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan kompetensi relawan dalam pendampingan anak korban bencana. Kebaruan kegiatan terletak pada integrasi terapi kreatif dalam pelatihan trauma healing yang tidak hanya berfokus pada aspek pengetahuan, tetapi juga pada kesiapan relawan dalam memberikan pendampingan psikososial yang lebih adaptif dan aplikatif. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi model pelatihan relawan berbasis pendekatan psikososial kreatif dalam penanganan anak terdampak bencana.
