Penguatan kompetensi guru melalui perancangan penyusunan lembar kerja murid berbasis matematika realistik

Pembelajaran matematika sekolah dasar membutuhkan perangkat ajar yang mampu menghubungkan pengalaman konkret murid dengan konsep matematika formal. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan memperkuat kompetensi guru dalam menyusun Lembar Kerja Murid (LKM) berbasis Realistic Mathematics Education (RME). Kegiatan melibatkan guru KKG Gugus 4 Kecamatan Donomulyo, Kabupaten Malang, dan dilaksanakan melalui pendekatan partisipatif yang mencakup persiapan, lokakarya luring, pendampingan daring, presentasi produk, dan evaluasi. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, angket, wawancara, dan analisis produk LKM, kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan respons positif peserta, yaitu 66,1% menilai materi sangat sesuai, 69,2% menilai materi sangat aktual, 77,4% menyatakan materi sangat mudah dipahami, dan 86,7% menilai metode serta media pendampingan sangat sesuai. Guru juga menunjukkan kemampuan dalam mengubah masalah formal menjadi konteks yang dapat dibayangkan murid, menyusun pertanyaan pemantik, merancang representasi visual, dan memberi ruang presentasi pemikiran murid. Kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa pendampingan penyusunan LKM berbasis RME dapat mendukung kompetensi guru dalam mengembangkan pembelajaran matematika yang kontekstual dan bermakna.
