KOIN JAJAN: STRATEGI KREATIF PENANAMAN NILAI KARAKTER DI MADRASAH

Abstract

Character includes the nature and character of individuals, with character cultivation aiming to improve one's character. The process of improving or instilling character can be done with various strategies, one of which is by habituation or activities at school or madrasah. This study aims to describe the implementation of the Snack Coin Program at MI Maarif As-Salam Sooko Ponorogo as a creative strategy to instill character values. The method used is descriptive qualitative through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results show that this program involves all students and helps improve the quality of the madrasah. This program also makes it easier for teachers and parents to supervise children's snacks. Supporting factors for the implementation of the program include effective communication between homeroom teachers and parents, as well as the existence of madrasah applications. However, there are some obstacles, such as damaged coins, limited variety of snacks, and differences in student backgrounds that make it difficult to manage.
