BASA Journal of Language & Literature performs plagiarism screening using plagiarism detection Turnitin  software twice with the following conditions:

1. Manuscripts submitted first will be screened for plagiarism prior to the initial review process and peer assessment with a maximum word score of 20%.

1. The manuscript will be screened again, the manuscript report is declared ACCEPTED and has gone through the layout edit process with a maximum word information score less than 20%.
