MANAJEMEN IMPLEMENTASI KURIKULUM BAHASA ARAB MODERN DI PONDOK SALAF: FAKTOR PENDUKUNG DAN PENGHAMBAT

The success of the curriculum is influenced by how management is carried out. This study aims to collect data and all information regarding the management of the implementation of the modern Arabic learning curriculum at Pondok Salaf and its supporting and inhibiting factors. The curriculum used in several Islamic boarding schools began to develop, especially in Pondok Tahfidh Manba'ul Qur'an where this research was conducted by combining the two curricula with advantages and disadvantages, giving rise to a new curriculum concept. This study uses a qualitative method. Sources of research data are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the management of the implementation of the Modern Arabic learning curriculum at Pondok Salaf still has many deficiencies that must be completed. Some of the supporting factors that can be found are 1) the activeness of the teacher, 2) management control, 3) consequences, and 4) other programs. Some inhibiting factors that can be found are 1) lack of teachers, 2) Ability of administrators, 3) Consequences, and 4) Other programs.
