Abstract

            Pengembangan bisnis melalui konservasi lahan merupakan pendekatan yang menggabungkan aspek bisnis dengan upaya pelestarian lingkungan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mendukung pengembangan kawasan bisnis Taman Nasional Bromo Tengger Semeru melalui program konservasi lahan. Masalah yang ditemukan pada penelitian ini, yaitu: terserangnya tanaman petani oleh Nematoda Sista Kuning yang membuat tanaman mengalami pertumbuhan yang kurang baik sehingga berdampak terhadap kurang maksimalnya hasil panen dan masalah pengelolaan sampah yang kurang baik dan berdampak kurang baik bagi lingkungan yang diperburuk dengan tidak adanya fasilitas pendukung pengelolaan sampah. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlu adanya rekayasa pola pertanian yang ada di Desa Wonokitri, salah satunya dengan membuat pola pertanian bergantian dengan tidak hanya menanami lahan dengan satu jenis sayur saja, namun menambah jenis pertanian lainnya dengan kesesuaian pola tanam yang sama. Selain itu, diperlukan pengelolaan sampah yang baik di Desa Wonokitri karena selama ini sampah tidak dikelola dengan baik, sehingga berdampak terhadap kesuburan tanah pola pertanian yang ada. Adanya penelitian ini diharapkan secara khusus dapat membantu petani dalam mengembangkan bisnis komoditas pertaniannya dan secara umum dapat membantu mengatasi pengelolaan sampah yang kurang baik, sehingga dapat memberikan dampak positif terhadap pengembangan bisnis, mengingat komoditas pertanian merupakan salah satu sektor yang penting dalam pengembangan bisnis di Taman Nasional Bromo Tengger Semeru.

            Business development through land conservation is an approach that combines business aspects with environmental conservation efforts. This research was conducted with the aim of supporting the development of the Bromo Tengger Semeru National Park business area through a land conservation program. The problems found in this research are: attacks on farmers' crops by Yellow Cyst Nematodes which cause plants to experience poor growth, resulting in less than optimal harvest yields and poor waste management problems which have an adverse impact on the environment which is exacerbated by the absence of facilities. supporting waste management. This research was conducted using a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The results of the research show that there is a need to engineer agricultural patterns in Wonokitri Village, one of which is by creating alternating agricultural patterns by not only planting land with one type of vegetable, but adding other types of agriculture with the same suitability of planting patterns. Apart from that, good waste management is needed in Wonokitri Village because so far waste has not been managed well, so it has an impact on the soil fertility of existing agricultural patterns. It is hoped that this research will specifically help farmers in developing their agricultural commodity business and in general can help overcome poor waste management, so that it can have a positive impact on business development, considering that agricultural commodities are one of the important sectors in business development in National Parks.
