Abstract

This researchwas carried out at the Junrejo Subdistrict Office in Batu City.  In this study discusses how the efforts made in improving the quality of digitization of public services to the community, where one form of digitalization is by utilizing the Population Administration Information System (SIAK) program. The purpose of this study is to find out how the efforts made by Junnrejo District to be able to apply digitalization of public services to the community.  Some of the ways that are done are by increasing human resources, and providing socialization to the community in villages under the auspices of Junrejo District.   Of course, this business is influenced by several factors including internal, external factors, and also factors from the implementation of its management functions.
