The Jurnal Ilmu Manajemen (JIMMU), pISSN 2541-6030 eISSN 2621-6957, is a peer-reviewed academic journal published biannually by the Magister Management, Universitas Islam Malang. Every submitted manuscript is first checked by the editor to make sure it follows the journal's author guidelines. Manuscripts that don't follow these guidelines will be rejected without further review. Those that do meet the guidelines will be checked for plagiarism. If the similarity score is within the allowed limit, the manuscript will move on to a double-blind peer review, where both the authors and reviewers remain anonymous. Each manuscript will be reviewed by at least two reviewers. After the review, the manuscript will be sent back to the authors for revisions. The editors will make the final decision based on the reviewers' feedback. The journal is currently nationally accredited by the ARJUNA in Science and Technology Index (SINTA 4) and is indexed in Dimensions.
