Updated Manuscript Submission and Publication Requirements
Jurnal Inovasi Hasil Pengabdian Masyarakat (JIPEMAS) announces an update to its manuscript submission and publication requirements.
Starting with publications in 2026, all submitted manuscripts must include the following declarations:
- Author Contributions
Authors must clearly state the specific contribution of each author to the community service activities and manuscript preparation. - Funding Statement
Authors must disclose all sources of funding supporting the activities and manuscript preparation. If no specific funding was received, a no-funding statement must be provided. - Conflict of Interest
Authors must declare any financial, professional, personal, or other relationships that could influence the activities or interpretation of the results. If none exists, authors must explicitly state that there is no conflict of interest. - Declaration of AI Usage
Authors must disclose the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools in manuscript preparation, where applicable, including the tool(s) used and their purpose. Authors remain fully responsible for the accuracy, originality, integrity, and ethical compliance of the manuscript.
These declarations are required to strengthen transparency, integrity, accountability, and ethical standards in the publication process of JIPEMAS. Manuscripts submitted for publication in 2026 and subsequent years must include all four declarations in accordance with the journal's guidelines. Manuscripts that do not comply may be returned to the authors for completion before proceeding to the next stage of the editorial process. We appreciate the cooperation of authors, reviewers, editors, and the editorial team in implementing these publication standards.
