Meningkatkan peran guru sebagai pendidik di era digital

Tujuan dari kegiatan seminar dengan peserta yang adalah guru sekolah ini adalah memberikan pemahaman, perkembangan terkini dan memberikan wawasan tentang urgensi dan pentingnya proses adopsi, penggunaan dan proses transformasi digital pada institusi pendidikan khususnya di Sekolah SD dan SMA Katolik Lia Stephanie. Topik dari seminar adalah tentang meningkatkan peran guru sebagai pendidik di era digital. Peserta diharapkan mendapatkan informasi terkini, edukasi dan wawasan secara menyeluruh mengenai urgensi, tuntutan lingkungan digital dan praktik penggunaan digitalisasi pada proses pembelajaran, dimana hal ini dibutuhkan untuk mendukung kinerja guru dalam proses belajar dan mengajar. Selain guru, manajemen sekolah juga dituntut untuk beradaptasi. Metode kegiatan seminar pengabdian kepada masyarakat adalah service learning, dimana dosen pengabdi memberikan sharing atau pengajaran satu arah dan interaktif pada peserta. Seminar diadakan pada hari Jumat, 1 Maret 2024 di Ruang Seminar Sekolah Katolik Lia Stephanie, Jakarta Barat. Seminar diselenggarakan oleh manajemen sekolah. Simpulan dari kegiatan seminar adalah bahwa penggunaan digitalisasi terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kinerja organisasi. Tidak hanya organisasi bisnis, institusi pendidikan pun memerlukan digitalisasi untuk menciptakan kinerja akademik yang baik serta menjaga eksistensi sekolah.
