Abstract

Urbanisasi yang pesat di perkotaan Indonesia berkontribusi pada meningkatnya gaya hidup sedentari di kalangan remaja, yang dapat memicu obesitas dan ketidakseimbangan hormonal, sehingga meningkatkan risiko gangguan fungsi reproduksi. Program GERAK bertujuan menumbuhkan kesadaran dan partisipasi remaja dalam gaya hidup aktif melalui edukasi yang menekankan keterkaitan antara aktivitas fisik, partisipasi olahraga, dan keyakinan terhadap manfaat aktivitas fisik. Metode pengabdian Terdiri dari 3 tahap yaitu persiapan, pelaksanaan dan monitoring dan evaluasi dan melalui tiga pendekatan yaitu tes awal (pretest), diskusi pemberian materi dan tes akhir (posttest). Hasil evaluasi enunjukkan rata-rata nilai pretest peserta PIK-R SMK Negeri 2 Malang sebesar 49,875 kemudian meningkat menjadi 79,875 pada hasil posttest. Kegiatan pengabdian di SMK Negeri 2 Malang terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan tentang gaya hidup aktif remaja kota dan diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kesadaran dan keterampilan para peserta dalam persepsi diri bagaimana aktivitas fisik yang dapat meningkatkan Kesehatan reproduksi dikalangan remaja.
