Penguatan literasi bencana anak sekolah dasar melalui edukasi lingkungan berbasis kontekstual di wilayah rawan bencana

Peningkatan frekuensi bencana alam di wilayah rawan seperti Kota Batu menuntut penguatan literasi kebencanaan sejak usia dini, khususnya pada siswa sekolah dasar sebagai kelompok rentan. Permasalahan tidak hanya terletak pada rendahnya pemahaman praktis siswa terkait tindakan keselamatan dan kesiapsiagaan darurat, tetapi juga pada terbatasnya model edukasi kebencanaan yang kontekstual, partisipatif, dan berkelanjutan di sekolah. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini menawarkan model edukasi kebencanaan berbasis sekolah dasar dengan pendekatan Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD), pemanfaatan aset sekolah, simulasi kontekstual, dan penguatan karakter tangguh siswa. Program dilaksanakan di SDN Torongrejo 3, Kota Batu, melalui tahapan pemetaan aset, pelibatan guru dan siswa, perencanaan aksi, implementasi, serta evaluasi. Metode yang digunakan meliputi materi visual, permainan edukatif, simulasi tanggap darurat, serta pemasangan media edukasi kebencanaan. Evaluasi pre-test dan post-test terhadap 45 siswa kelas IV–VI menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman rata-rata sebesar 32%, terutama pada aspek tindakan keselamatan, pengenalan tanda awal bencana, dan pengetahuan nomor darurat, disertai sikap yang lebih disiplin dan siap menghadapi kondisi darurat. Namun, keterbatasan durasi dan cakupan peserta menjadi tantangan dalam mengukur dampak jangka panjang, sehingga program ini direkomendasikan untuk dilanjutkan melalui pelatihan guru, integrasi dalam pembelajaran rutin, dan penguatan kolaborasi lintas lembaga agar berkelanjutan dan dapat direplikasi.
