About the Journal

Jurnal Kesehatan Islam:Islamic Health Journal is a peer-reviewed journal published by the Faculty of Medicine, Islamic University of Malang, which is open access. This journal accepts research articles, case reports, literature reviews, and scholarly works covering the fields of basic and clinical medicine essential for the advancement of medical and health knowledge.

Articles evaluated by the editor and deemed unsuitable for journal criteria will be rejected without external review. Articles that we consider potentially interesting for readers are sent for peer review. After manuscript review by reviewers, the manuscript will be returned to the authors for revision. The editorial team makes decisions based on reviewer recommendations.

Jurnal Kesehatan Islam:Islamic Health Journal is published twice a year, in June and December, with the ISSN registration numbers 2303-002X (print) and 2615-8345 (online) since the release of Volume 1, Number 1, in 2012.
