About the Journal

Yurispruden: Jurnal Fakultas Hukum Universitas Islam Malang is a peer-reviewed journal published by the Faculty of Law, Islamic University of Malang, which aims to accommodate and publish articles related to legal science in general and broadly, both legal dogmatics, legal theory and legal philosophy compiled by academics, researchers or legal practitioners. Specifically, research results related to civil law; criminal law; constitutional law; state administration law; international law; and Islamic law;

Authors are invited to publish articles that are in accordance with the scope of Yurispruden: Journal of the Faculty of Law, Islamic University of Malang. Please read the information contained in the Author's Instructions on Publication Ethics, Plagiarism Policy, Personal Statement, Writing Guidelines, etc., as well as the review process by reviewers found in the Editorial Board. Articles published in Yurispruden: Journal of the Faculty of Law, Islamic University of Malang will go through a double-blind peer review process in one round and the decision whether to accept the article or not is entirely the right of the editorial team based on the recommendations from the peer review. Please read and understand the author guidelines for manuscript preparation. Authors submitting articles to the editor must follow the author guidelines and templates. If the submitted manuscript does not follow the guidelines or uses a different format, does not fit the scope, and has more than 20% similarity excluding <2% similarity, it will be rejected by the editorial team before review. The editorial team will only accept manuscripts that meet the specified requirements.

This journal is open to the public and is published twice a year, in June and January.

 

Yurispruden: Jurnal Fakultas Hukum Universitas Islam Malang provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public promotes a greater global exchange of knowledge. Articles are freely available to both subscribers and the general public with permitted re-use.

All articles published as open access are immediately and permanently free for anyone to read and download. We will continue to work with our communities of authors to select the best licensing options: Creative Commons Attribution (CC-BY 4.0).

Authors and readers are free to copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format, as well as remix, transform, and build upon the material for any purpose, including commercial use, as long as they give appropriate credit, provide a link to the license, and indicate any changes that have been made.

The author retains the copyright to the article published in Yurispruden: Jurnal Fakultas Hukum Universitas Islam Malang, but grants publish rights to Yurispruden: Jurnal Fakultas Hukum Universitas Islam Malang to publish and disseminate the author's article.

The publication and dissemination of the article is subject to an attribution license (CC BY) under the Creative Commons Attribution License, so that others free also to copy, and redistribute the material in any medium or format, remix, transform and build upon material for any purpose, even for commercially, as long as they give credit to the author for the authentic work.

Archiving Policy

The journal uses the LOCKSS system HERE and the CLOCKSS system HERE to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries and to allow these libraries to create permanent archives of the journal for preservation and restoration purposes. All content in the LOCKSS and CLOCKSS archives is stored with the explicit permission of the publisher, secured by a written contract or online permission statement. We are working closely with the implementers of the LOCKSS and CLOCKSS network to facilitate the development of governance and legal provisions appropriate to the content, jurisdiction, rights and access involved.
