Peer Review Process

Yurispruden: Jurnal Fakultas Hukum Universitas Islam Malang  is a peer-reviewed journal with a double anonymous peer review mechanism, the reviewer does not know the identity of the author and vice versa, by two or more reviewers if needed in one round. The reviewer completes an evaluation using the form provided, and the reviewer's detailed comments are anonymously attached to the manuscript using the review menu. The editor will inform the authors of the review results as soon as possible. Authors are required to improve the manuscript according to the reviewer's comments. Review notes are not published, but are stored in OJS as a review history. The revised article will be proofread by the editor and/or returned to the reviewer if requested, and if the manuscript is declared feasible, the next stage will be editing, scheduling, and the final stage of publication. Prior to peer review, the editors check the article for focus and scope, use of templates, and similarity or plagiarism (with a maximum similarity tolerance of 20%).
