Peer Review Process

1
Online Submission

Author submits the manuscript through the online system. Ensure the manuscript follows the author guidelines and template provided by Yurispruden.

2
Initial Screening (Editor Evaluation)

The Editor-in-Chief Editors or Section Editors check the suitability of the manuscript with scope and focus, compliance with the format and writing guidelines, early detection of plagiarism and publication ethical aspects.

3
Peer-Review Process

Manuscripts that pass the initial screening are sent to at least two expert peer reviewers using a double-blind review method to evaluate the substantive and methodological aspects. Editors may appoint more than two peer reviewers if necessary, for example, the occurrence of a sharp conflict of opinion (split decision), the risk of conflict of interest between the reviewer and the author or other considerations.

4
Editor Decision

Based on the reviewers' recommendations, the editor makes a final decision: accept, request minor/major revisions, or reject the submission.

5
Revision & Publication

Authors revise their manuscripts according to the reviewers' feedback. Once accepted, the manuscript enters the copyediting, layout, and publication stage.
