Yurispruden: Jurnal Fakultas Hukum Universitas Islam Malang is a peer-reviewed journal published Fakultas Hukum Universitas Islam Malang that accommodates and publishes research results or opinions related to legal science in general and broadly, both legal dogmatics, legal theory or legal philosophy compiled by academics, researchers or legal practitioners. In particular, the results of research or opinions related to Civil Law; Criminal Law Law; Constitutional Law; State Administrative Law; International Law; Islamic law;
Authors are invited to publish articles that are in accordance with the scope of Yurispruden: Jurnal Fakultas Hukum Universitas Islam Malang. Please read the information contained in the author's instructions on publication ethics, plagiarism policy, private statements, writing guidelines etc., as well as the reviewer's review process found on the editor's board. Articles published by Yurispruden: Jurnal Fakultas Hukum Universitas Islam Malang will go through a double-blind peer-review process in one round and the decision whether or not to accept the article is entirely the right of the Editorial Team based on the recommendations of Peer Review. Please read and understand the author's guidelines for preparatory manuscripts. Authors submitting articles to editors must adhere to the author's guidelines and templates. If the submitted manuscript does not comply with the guidelines or uses a different format, does not fit the scope and has more than 20% similarity exclude matches <2% it will be rejected by the editorial team before being reviewed. The editorial team will only accept manuscripts that meet the specified requirements
This journal is declared open to the public and published twice a year, in June and January.
