Manuscript Types

Jurnal Inovasi Hasil Pengabdian Masyarakat (JIPEMAS) accepts manuscripts that present the outcomes of community service activities in a systematic, evidence-based manner and demonstrate meaningful contributions to community empowerment and capacity building. Manuscripts must fall within the journal's focus and scope and clearly establish the relationship between partner needs, implementation methods, activity outcomes, and the impact achieved.

The following manuscript types may be considered for publication in JIPEMAS:

1. Community Service Articles

These articles report the outcomes of planned community service activities designed to address specific problems or meet the needs of community partners. Topics may include community empowerment, training, mentoring, technology application, product development, institutional strengthening, and social innovation. Articles should describe the partners' initial conditions, activity objectives, implementation methods, outcomes, evaluation, and benefits to the community.

2. Science and Technology Application Articles

These articles focus on applying scientific knowledge, technology, or research findings to address practical community needs. Manuscripts should explain the technology or innovation applied, the rationale for selecting the solution, the implementation stages, partner involvement, and the resulting outcomes and benefits. Authors are also encouraged to discuss the solution's practical value, ease of adoption, and potential sustainability.

3. Community Empowerment and Capacity-Building Articles

These articles discuss activities designed to improve community knowledge, skills, self-reliance, or institutional capacity. Topics may include education and literacy, entrepreneurship, microenterprise development, strengthening community organizations, human resource development, and local potential development. Articles should describe the empowerment methods, partner participation, success indicators, and evidence of the changes achieved.

4. Innovative Community Service Models or Methods

These articles present innovative models, approaches, strategies, or methods for community service that may inform similar initiatives. Manuscripts should explain the rationale for the innovation, implementation stages, characteristics of the target community or partners, evaluation results, and the strengths and limitations of the approach. The contribution of the innovation to the effectiveness or sustainability of community service activities should be clearly demonstrated.

5. Evaluation and Impact Assessment of Community Service Programs

These articles focus on evaluating community service programs and analyzing the changes or impacts they produce. Evaluation may address improvements in knowledge and skills, behavioral changes, organizational capacity, productivity, or social and economic benefits. Manuscripts should explain the evaluation indicators, data sources, analytical methods, evidence-supported findings, and limitations in assessing program impact.
