Manuscripts that do not meet these criteria are rejected without further review. Those that comply proceed through a plagiarism check, and if the Similarity Index falls within acceptable limits, the manuscript is forwarded for double-blind review. In this process, both authors and reviewers remain anonymous. Each article is reviewed by a minimum of two expert reviewers. Upon completion of the review, manuscripts are returned to the authors for revisions, with the final publication decision made by the editors, based on the reviewers' recommendations.
