Manuscript Types

Andragogi: Jurnal Ilmiah Pendidikan Agama Islam accepts the following types of scientific articles:

1. Original Research Article
     A complete report of original and empirical research in the field of Islamic Education, including but not limited to teaching and learning strategies, curriculum development, educational technology, character and multicultural education, teacher education, and learning assessment. This type of article must be organized according to the IMRaD structure (Introduction, Method, Results, and Discussion).

2. Review Article
    A comprehensive, critical, and state-of-the-art analysis of existing literature on a specific topic within the journal's scope. This type of article should synthesize, evaluate, and provide new insights or theoretical contributions based on previously published studies, without presenting new empirical data.

3. Conceptual Paper
    A theoretical or conceptual article that discusses and develops ideas, frameworks, or models related to Islamic Education. This type of article is argumentative and analytical, and does not require empirical data collection.

4. Critical Study
    A scholarly article that critically examines contemporary issues, policies, or practices in Islamic Education. This type of article combines theoretical analysis with a critical perspective to challenge existing assumptions, propose alternative frameworks, or offer constructive recommendations for educational practice and policy.

Note: All manuscript types should be between 3,500 and 7,500 words in length, including references, and must adhere to the journal's Author Guidelines.
