Yurispruden Volume 8 Number 2 reflects the excellence of the article through the application of a rigorous double-blind peer-review process, to ensure that only legal research with the highest methodological integrity and analytical acumen is published. At the same time, this edition affirms its wide global reach through the diversity of authors, by bringing together legal academics affiliated with 10 (ten) institutions, namely Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta, District Court (of Justice) of Sigli, Universitas Majalengka, Universitas Padjajaran, Kampala International University, Edo State University, University of Bradford, Universitas Sebelas Maret, Universitas Jenderal Soedirman, Universitas Negeri Surabaya, with 4 (four) jurisdictions, Indonesia, Uganda, Nigeria, and United Kingdom, to build an inclusive and multidimensional cross-continental legal discourse on contemporary sustainability.
